GC BBF's Yankee Doodle Dandy Holland Lop Black Tortoiseshell Senior Buck
Two weeks later, I took him to Convention and he was placed 4th out of 129 Solid Senior Bucks by Joe Lugo. I think I'll keep him.
Like all rabbits, he does have a couple of faults. He's a bit slipped in the crown, though not badly slipped. He also carries just a tad too much length in the shoulder and loin. That's about it. Overall, he's a wonderful bunny. And he has a sweet personality just for a little something extra. Dandy carries a REW gene and produces very clean sable point offspring with does carrying the sable gene. It's fun to see those sable points in the nest boxes.

Less than 1 hour after I bought Dandy, he was placed
first in a class of 23 Solid Senior Bucks and went on to get a Best of
Breed. Not bad for the first day.
Dandy has a high headset, a massive head, full cheeks,
nice crown, and full hindquarter.
