Goodnight Max
Book Description
"Goodnight, Max," says Max's sister Ruby. But Max can't get comfortable.
First he spills a glass of water. Then there are all those itchy cookie
crumbs in his bed...and the moon shining through his window. Will poor
Max ever fall asleep? Rosemary Wells' beloved Max and Ruby are back in
an irresistibly touchable book that is also a satisfying bedtime story.
Toddlers won't be able to resist all the tactile elements--fourteen
tempting things to touch, move, even smell--while a gently humorous
story makes this the perfect book for bedtime, naptime, or anytime!

Bunny Party
Amazon.com Editorial
Review
There's something fishy going on at Grandma Bunny's birthday party. Ruby
is positive she's only invited seven stuffed-toy guests, but every time
she counts, there seems to be one more. "That's funny, Max," Ruby says
to her younger brother. "All the guests are in their seats. But there
are only 2 chairs left for Grandma, you, and me." And off she goes to
find another chair. Meanwhile, Max has his own ideas about who should be
invited to the party. Can his Jellyball Shooter Spider,
Can't-Sit-Up-Slug, and Ear-Splitter Space Cadet mingle nicely with
Ruby's Rapunzel, Tooth Fairy, Mrs. Quack, and the rest?

Read To Your Bunny
Reader Reviewer
This
book should be on every expectant parents list!
It is
beautifully illustrated and written in simple language, yet it carries a
powerful message. Reading is a wonderful way of sharing a part of our
busy lives with our children, and it only "costs twenty minutes and a
library card". Rosemary Wells also includes a two-page message to
parents at the end of the book that tells us how and why we should
should reserve a special time and place for reading activities with our
children.
The
message in this book will stay with you long after you finish it...It
can serve as a daily reminder and as a daily source of encouragement as
we lure our children into the magical world of reading.
A truly
wonderful book...

Bunny Money
A Kid's Review
In the book Bunny Money by Rosemary Wells, bunnies Max and Ruby are
trying to buy their grandmother a present for her birthday. Max and Ruby
spend a lot of money. Will they be able to get what they want? Find out
in Bunny Money. I really like Bunny Money because the book shows how
much money the bunnies have.

Max's Toys
Reader Review
My 13-month-old son has loved the pictures in this book since
he was a tiny infant. He still loves the book. The story is very sweet,
and it quite stands alone - unlike some other counting books, which have
no "plot" aside from the numbers. I also appreciate that the boy-rabbit
Max is shown to want a doll and that his sister (ultimately) thinks
Max's trucks, soldiers, etc. are desirable toys.
I love to give this book as a new-baby gift. It is a delight!
