McCoy is out of my favorite doe, Tunes Rosie. Rosie
died in December, 2004, and it broke my heart. But I do get some
joy out of knowing that she lives on in some way through her son McCoy.
I love the short little ear on this young buck.
He's consistently placed in the top three at a number of shows as a
junior. His best show days will probably be after he turns two,
however.
McCoy is showing a little length in his shoulder. I
hope that as he matures and gets some shoulder width that it will
balance out later on. He's a small fellow from a slow-developing
line (through his Daddy, Saynora's Freddie). He got Freddie's
adorable head and nice ear placement.
McCoy now lives with Linda Norris at Dream
Catcher Rabbitry. Luckily, I get to see him at shows frequently.
