GC The Nature Trail's PurdyHolland Lop Broken Black Tortoiseshell Senior Doe
Purdy had earned just one leg before I gave in a bred her. She raised a litter and then earned her second leg. Her next litter was born dead, so I decided to keep her open long enough to grand her. In two weekends more of showing, she earned her third leg. Now she is back into production and is semi-retired.
Purdy missed Convention this year due to nursing a litter. But her sisters represented their litter very well, with 7th place and 18th place finishes.
Purdy has the best head mass of the three sisters, though she is losing it to kindling. She has the characteristic stumps for feet. She also tends to over-pose just like her sisters. So it is important to get her to calm before evaluating her.
Her first litter consisted of a peanut and a fuzzy Charlie. I can't wait to see what else she can produce.
