GC The Nature Trail's QuincyHolland Lop Black Tortoiseshell Senior Buck
Quincy
was a busy boy on the table. He really had no intentions
of sitting s He's a very young senior - he won't turn one until near Christmas. But he's showing quite a bit of promise already. He got a double dose of "Merlin" from his parents, Q and Spice. There was a REW in the litter, so it is possible that Quincy carries the REW gene. Quincy is littermate to Suzy Q and Quinn, both show quality does. It was another very good litter. Q now lives with Candace Weaver at Dreamweaver Rabbitry. I'm so glad I bred him once before I sold him! Update - December 2006: Quincy is busy with a full-blown molt right now. I did decide to breed him to his full sister Quinn. That might be just too much since they are products of a full-sibling breeding themselves. But even if it doesn't work out well, maybe I'll learn more about the genes they hide.
